As far as I know this copper coin was struck at the Royal Mill Mint in Segovia in Spain under the rule of King Philip V just one year before his death in 1746.
Unfortunately I'm not aware of mintage estimates and any further details besides those above.
Thus I'm curious to know approximate price and would also be grateful if you can help in grading item.
Many thanks in advance.

I would say the price for the coin which you own would be a max 15 Euro.
Welcome , glad to have you here.
This type of coin was minted for 3 years between 1744-1746. Your coin looks good , but I won't try to grade it since I'm not a specialist. Try looking up KM#366 maybe you'll find some more info in the catalogue. I don't have one unfortunately so I can't help. Nice coin though. Would say it's worth somewhere between 25 to 30 eur.
Wait for more replies here and also try posting a topic on coinpeople.com website there's a good chance you'll find more people interested in this type of coins over there.
Best.-

vladmiclaus and claus many thanks for your hints! I would definitely try looking through coinpeople and monitor sales entries.
I'm glad I got this coin - surely it's not rare, but I simply liked it when I saw it for the first time and I believe this is something that matters.
Thanks for the feedback again!
