I found in circulation 1 leu and 10 lei issued in 2009 ( serial 09..... )

Thank you Polymat. It was a nice surprise to find out this useful magazine for international cash handlers. Well done, well written.

I did not know the Bank of Spain use to issue this kind of numismatics product.
