I could send you scans for 500 lei (20)09 .

On the other hand, probably you know that all Romanian polymer banknotes from second series have as prefix letter one of the following: A, B, C, D or E. I noticed that on 1 Leu (20)09 series it appears rarely (as replacement maybe ) G, H, I (I have those and the serial starts with 01xxxxx or 02xxxxx). I don't know anything of F though.

Also, you say you know of a 500.000 lei 2005 note, that should not be. 2005 is when the new currency came out. Please provide a picture of this note.

However, a serial starting with 005A is not from 2005 but from 2000. A note from 2005 would have a serial starting with 051A. I have never seen a note for 500.000 lei starting with a serial 05...
